How do I qualify for the subsidy?

To qualify for a subsidized solar system, you must:

Present a valid Citizen ID or Voter ID card

Be a resident of the county where the product is being deployed

Not already own another Solar Home System (SHS) or be connected to the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) grid

The subsidy is provided by EnDev through BRAC Liberia and the World Bank through RREA

How do I purchase a solar kit from LEN TWO?

You can purchase a solar kit through our sales mobilizers in your community or via our eShop. We also run special promotions with community groups, farmers, fishermen, and savings clubs.

What payment options are available?

You can pay for your system in flexible ways:

Mobile Money payments directly to LEN TWO

Payments through your local sales mobilizer

Weekly or monthly installment plans for affordability

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, your light will automatically switch off until you make the required payment.

If you miss payments for 3 consecutive months, LEN TWO will retrieve the system so it can be given to another household in need.

How do I maintain my solar system?

Your solar system is built for durability, but please:

Do not overcharge smartphones or larger devices on the system.

Keep the solar panel clean and away from shade or dust.

Ensure the battery is regularly charged.

If issues arise, our technicians will provide support.

Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes. LEN TWO provides:

Free installation of your system

Customer training on proper usage and care

Ongoing support through sales mobilizers and technicians

What happens if my system is damaged?

If your system develops a fault, contact your sales mobilizer or call LEN TWO directly. Depending on the warranty and the issue, our technicians will repair or replace parts as needed.
